1-Make sure you eat at least six meals per day
The majority of us grew up eating three meals per day, and because of this we have gotten into the habit of only eating three times per day. The truth is, if you are going to lose weight, you need your metabolism to speed up and the only way to do that is by eating. What you want to do is take those three meals and split them in half and make sure you eat at least every three hours.
2-Eat a lot of protein
One of the greatest ways to lose weight is to have a diet that is very high in protein. The reason this is a great way to lose weight is because protein has been proven to fill someone up quicker than carbs and fats. Also, protein will build muscle, and the bigger your muscles are the more weight you will lose.
3-Don't combine carbs and fats
Now that you know you should be having some protein with every meal, it is time to talk about carbs and fats. There is nothing wrong with eating those two things, but you want to make sure you never eat them together. Whenever you are going to be eating carbs, eat less than ten grams of fat. Whenever you are going to be eating fats, eat less than ten grams of carbs.
